Architectural Insight Inc. provides consulting and architectural review services. Due to the nature of these services, time and expertise are committed once work begins.

2. No Guaranteed Refunds

All sales are considered final once work has started. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Architectural Insight Inc.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment
• Payment made in error
• Service unable to be delivered

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

• Work has already been started
• Services have already been delivered
• Client changes their mind
• Client no longer requires services

• Reason for request
