We understand that you may be feeling pressure to make decisions about your project quickly, and aim to provide your completed review within 2-3 business days*(Measured from the date of purchase - or date of receipt of final information/documentation when applicable).

Occasionally, a high volume of orders can create a temporary backlog. If the turn around time for your review is expected to exceeded 3 business days you will be immediately informed of the backlog. 
 
* “Business days” defined to be Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.  

The abundance of custom design features, or online stock plan choices, can easily leave any homeowner, builder, developer, or real estate agent feeling overwhelmed by the noise of comparable options.

• Spend a few hundred dollars for a design review - before committing a few thousand dollars towards the purchase or development of your construction drawings. 
• Spend less than a thousand dollars for a construction drawing review - before committing hundreds of thousands of dollars to the actual construction of your new home or renovation project.

An independent plan review offers a professional second opinion before moving on to the next stage of your project.
